General Terms and Conditions of Contract
Booking conditions:
Reservations for bungalows, Sibley tents, or campsites are made through the website: https://campingtaray.com by paying 25% of the total stay (100% is due for single-night stays) by credit card. Confirmation is given within 24 hours.
When making a reservation, the accommodation type will be confirmed, but not the specific number, as this depends on availability upon arrival.
Prices are for the number of people indicated as the capacity for each bungalow, Sibley tent, Bay Cabin, etc., including adults and children. The maximum occupancy may never exceed the number of people allowed for each type. Only at the Sibley campsite is it possible to accommodate one additional person by paying the corresponding supplement per person per day.
Accommodations are for the exclusive use of guests staying in them. They may not be used by friends and/or family members staying in other units. From August 1st to 23rd, the minimum stay in a bungalow is 5 nights and in a Sibley tent, 3 nights.
Pitch reservations are for stays of 5 nights in July, a minimum of 7 nights from August 1st to 23rd, and 5 nights from August 24th to 31st.
The remaining 75% of the total cost of your stay must be paid upon arrival. No refunds will be given for early departures.
At check-in for bungalows, glamping, and cabins, you will be asked for a bank card number as a security deposit for any incidents. This will serve as a guarantee. Once the accommodation has been inspected, the campsite staff will destroy the card.
Amenities:
– Equipped with cutlery and kitchen utensils for the number of guests according to the model booked.
– Bed linen is included, except for the sofa bed.
– Towels are not included.
– Linen will be changed weekly. – The accommodation is provided clean and must be returned in a clean condition.
– One vehicle is allowed free of charge in BUNGALOWS. Vehicles are not included in SIBLEY TENT accommodation.
– Each PITCH is equipped with an electrical connection point with a current of 6 Amps (1320w). An extension cord of at least 20m is required. If you bring an electric iron, it is advisable to check its wattage, as many exceed this limit and will not be usable.
Check-in: Guests staying in BUNGALOWS or SIBLEY TENT accommodations will check in from 3:00 PM (*) on the day of arrival and must vacate the bungalow by 12:00 PM on the day of departure at the latest. After this time, a penalty of 50% of the night’s stay will be charged.
(*) Due to current circumstances and extraordinary disinfection measures, this schedule is approximate and may be subject to change. Your reserved pitch will be available from 1:00 PM on your arrival day and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on your departure day.
If the pitches are not occupied by 10:00 PM on your arrival day (unless prior notice is given), the campsite management may make them available to others, resulting in the forfeiture of the deposit. If you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day, please inform us and we will hold your pitch. However, all reserved days will be billed.
The maximum occupancy per pitch is 8 people, 1 vehicle, and 2 camping items.
The pitch price includes: 2 people + 1 vehicle + 2 camping items + electricity.
Children: Children aged 0-2 stay free of charge. Children aged 3 and over pay the child rate. From age 13, guests will be considered adults. It is mandatory to present a national identity card (DNI) or, failing that, the minor’s family book. If documentation is not provided and doubts arise regarding age, the higher rate will be applied.
Pets:
Pets are allowed on PITCHES with a supplement of €2/€4 per night depending on the season, and in BUNGALOWS with a supplement of €4/€6 per night depending on the season + an €8 final cleaning fee.
Pets are not allowed in the SIBLEY TENT.
Upon arrival, pet documentation must be presented, and in the case of potentially dangerous breeds, proof of insurance is required. Pets must wear a muzzle inside the campsite.
Within the campsite, dogs must always be kept on a leash and accompanied by their owners at all times. Owners must ensure that their pet does not disturb other campers; otherwise, they will be asked to leave the accommodation.
Under no circumstances may you leave your pet alone in the accommodation. Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance will receive a 100% refund of the deposit, minus a cancellation fee estimated at €5.
– Cancellations made between 30 and 8 days prior to arrival will incur a charge for the first night, with the remainder refunded.
– Cancellations made 7 nights or less in advance will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit.
– Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for reservations made due to inclement weather.
